Damn Hot 60 (DH60) is a 60 minute hot yoga class where the format of the class is based on the specific teacher leading the class.  Sherand’s DH60 is an intermediate Hatha Yoga based class and is not suitable suitable for beginners.

A deep, slow, yoga-physiotherapy class, based entirely on the floor. Correct, Align and Release.
